There is no consensus of opinions among society about house .and some people hold an opinion that apartments for rent will be good. not only do they point out the the reason that  apartments for rent can give you, for instance, flexibility or mobility whenever you can migrate ,but also argue that it is cheaper than buying house.

However, other people take an opposite side. They firmly believe that it is more worthwhile of buying house..An example can give the details of this argument: if you have your own house, you will have a stable attidue toword your life and your work .There is some truth in both argument.

As for me,  I  agree to the latter idea, which I think the advantages of  latter   overweigh the disadvantages.
